Michael Marcus

Michael Marcus has extensive experience in the legal field, serving as a Mediator-Arbitrator-Discovery Referee at ADR Services, Inc. since January 2002, where over 2,400 civil cases have been settled and arbitrated across various areas, including employment and commercial disputes. Recognized by The Daily Journal as one of California's top mediators and arbitrators from 2007 to 2013, Marcus previously held the role of Supervising Judge at the California State Bar Court from 1995 to 2001, overseeing the discipline and admission of lawyers in California. As a former partner at Coleman & Marcus, a civil litigation firm, and with a background as Of Counsel at Sanger Grayson Givner & Booke, as well as Deputy District Attorney at the L.A. County District Attorney's Office, Marcus has cultivated a comprehensive legal career. Academic credentials include a J.D. from UCLA School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
