Simone Riondato

Simone Riondato is an accomplished General Manager with extensive experience managing operations in China. Currently serving as General Manager China at ADR SpA since February 2021, Simone oversees two legal entities with full P&L responsibility, focusing on various functions including Sales, Marketing, HR, and R&D, while reporting directly to the Board of Directors. Previously, Simone held the role of General Manager China at DAB Pumps from May 2012 to January 2021, where responsibilities included the development and implementation of a strategic Sales & Marketing Plan, alongside leading a team as Group Purchasing Manager. Earlier experience includes managing civil and electromechanical projects at Endeco Spa from October 2007 to April 2012, with notable projects in Libya and Ethiopia. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Colorado State University, a Master’s Degree in Management Engineering from Università degli Studi di Padova, and participation in the Strategic Leaders Program at the University of Michigan.
