Amy Kaplan Eckman, Esq. is a seasoned dispute resolution professional with extensive experience as both a business executive and a lawyer. Admitted to the bars of New York and New Hampshire, they spent over 25 years as a co-owner of Eckman Construction, managing a range of commercial matters. Since 2010, they have primarily worked in New York City, arbitrating and mediating complex cases in commercial, construction, and real estate sectors. Currently, Eckman serves on the Panel of Neutrals for the New York Supreme Court's Commercial Division ADR Program and is a Neutral Arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association and FINRA. They hold an A.B. degree in East Asian Studies from Vassar College and a JD from Fordham University School of Law.
