Andrew Flake, FCIArb, is a commercial arbitrator, mediator, and business litigator focused on resolving complex business disputes. They are currently an Arbitrator and a member of various panels at the American Arbitration Association since 2018 and serve as an Officer at Large on the Mediation Committee of the International Bar Association.
