Arshnoor Kaur, JD, is currently the Director of Alternative Dispute Resolution at the American Arbitration Association. They previously held roles such as Litigation Summer Associate at the Tahirih Justice Center, Legal Assistant at the San Joaquin District Attorney, and Judicial Intern for the Honorable William Monahan at Santa Clara County's Hall of Justice. Arshnoor has also gained experience as a Litigation Extern at Safe Passage Project and served as a Conference Chair for the Model Arab League.
