Barbara Mandell

Barbara Mandell is an accomplished Intellectual Property Partner, litigator, and arbitrator with extensive experience in counseling and litigation within the intellectual property realm. Currently a partner at Fishman Stewart PLLC since 2013, they specialize in intellectual property litigation, trademark prosecution, and counseling. In addition, Barbara serves as a commercial arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association, engaging in arbitration for both general commercial and intellectual property matters since 2007. Barbara holds a JD magna cum laude from Boston University School of Law and a BA in English from Binghamton University.
