Charles Franklin is the owner of Franklin Technical Services, LLC, and has extensive experience in electrical engineering, having served as the Director of Electrical Engineering at Ellerbe Becket from 1992 to 2005. Currently, Franklin is an ECE Advisory Board Member at the University of Maryland and has been a national arbitrator/mediator for the American Arbitration Association since 2001, handling complex cases involving significant claims. Additionally, Franklin has been involved with the Maryland Council of Dispute Resolution as a mediator, having co-presided as co-president from 2019 to 2020, and has contributed to prisoner re-entry services.
