Don Boyken

Donald R. Boyken, FRICS, FAACE, CCP, is the Chief Executive Officer at DRB Development Solutions, LLC, where they provide advisory and consulting services for the real estate development, design, and construction industry. With a career spanning over five decades in the construction sector, Boyken has led various projects across the United States, the Caribbean, Latin America, and the United Kingdom. They previously founded Boyken International, which became one of the largest program management firms in the U.S. before its merger with Hill International. Boyken also serves as a board member for the Advisory Board of the VT School of Construction and holds fellowships with multiple professional organizations. Educated at Virginia Tech and Auburn University, Boyken has expertise in areas such as resort and hotel development, aviation construction, and cost estimation.
