Elizabeth Varner

Elizabeth Varner, Esq., PhD, is a distinguished Global Executive in Business and Legal Operations, serving as the Founding Director of the Office of Coast Guard Cultural Heritage and the National Coast Guard Museum in 2023. As an Arbitrator for FINRA and The Hague, their expertise includes handling complex international cultural heritage disputes. Currently, Varner holds a position as an Adjunct Professor at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law since 2013. Previously, they have contributed to various organizations, including the U.S. Department of the Interior, where they led significant legal and operational initiatives. Varner's extensive academic background includes a JD from Tulane University Law School and ongoing doctoral studies at UCL.
