Frank Cassetta

Frank Cassetta is a labor arbitrator and serves as the General Counsel at the Connecticut State Board of Labor Relations, bringing over 25 years of experience in labor law and grievance arbitration across various industries. Frank has held positions as a Labor and Employment Attorney at Pepe & Hazard LLP and as an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the Town of East Hartford, among others. Currently, Frank conducts grievance arbitrations with the American Arbitration Association and accepts cases in Connecticut and surrounding states. Frank earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Connecticut and a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School.
