Greg Kochansky is a writer, editor, and lawyer with a strong focus on generative AI and its ethical implications. They currently lead a think tank at the AAA-ICDR, concentrating on AI in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), access to justice, and fairness in arbitration. Previously, Greg held various leadership roles in editorial and thought leadership at organizations such as the American Arbitration Association and Heyman Associates. They earned an AB from Princeton University and a JD from Harvard Law School.
