Greg Kochansky

Greg Kochansky is a writer, editor, and lawyer with a strong focus on AI ethics and explainability. Currently, they are growing a think tank at the AAA-ICDR, emphasizing AI in ADR, access to justice, court-connected ADR, and fairness in arbitration. Previously, they served as Vice President of Thought Leadership at the American Arbitration Association and held various editorial and consulting roles, including Vice President at Heyman Associates. Greg earned a JD from Harvard Law School and an AB from Princeton University.
