Ingeuneal Gray

Ingeuneal C. Gray, Esq. is the vice president of inclusion and engagement at the American Arbitration Association (AAA), where they lead initiatives to enhance diversity in alternative dispute resolution. With over 20 years of experience as an attorney, arbitrator, and mediator, Gray previously served as the principal of ICG Law Firm. They hold a JD from Southern Methodist University School of Law and a BA in Psychology from the University of Houston. Gray is active in numerous legal organizations and is a frequent speaker at conferences, focusing on the benefits of alternative dispute resolution and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the field.
