Jill Berkeley

Jill Berkeley is currently Of Counsel at Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg LLP, where they chair the Insurance Policyholder Practice Group. They are a policyholder litigator and counselor, recognized for promoting strategic solutions in insurance disputes. Jill has extensive experience in the legal field, having served as an associate at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP and as Co-Chair of the Insurance Recovery Group at Howrey LLP. Additionally, Jill has held leadership roles in various legal organizations, including serving as Chair of the TIPS Fellows at the ABA Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section. They are also a member of the Commercial Panel of Arbitrators with the American Arbitration Association.
