Joseph McManus is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in arbitration and construction law. Currently a Partner at Hijazi & Carroll since January 2025, Joseph also serves as a Fellow and Panelist at The International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution and as a Fellow at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) since January 2019. Joseph has been a Panelist/Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association since October 1978, focusing on international and complex construction disputes. Additionally, Joseph is an Arbitrator for the Arbitration and Mediation Court of the Caribbean and President of Centinel Consulting, LLC, which provides consulting services for construction and real estate. Previously, Joseph was a Partner at McManus & Felsen LLP and General Counsel at Clark Enterprises Inc.
