Leslie Young has a robust background in marketing with significant experience in leadership roles. At the American Arbitration Association, Leslie served as Marketing Director from October 2007 to June 2013, overseeing senior-management projects and developing marketing strategies for key corporate initiatives while managing both digital and traditional campaigns.
