Louise LaMothe

Louise LaMothe is a seasoned mediator and arbitrator with over 30 years of experience in private ADR services focused on commercial and employment matters throughout California and the West. Louise has served as a U.S. Magistrate Judge while maintaining a private ADR practice and has been a member of multiple panels with the American Arbitration Association. Previously, Louise held positions as an associate professor at the University of Kansas School of Law and as a partner at Irell & Manella LLP. Louise earned a J.D. from Stanford University Law School and an AB in History from Stanford University.
