Margaret Hackbarth

Margaret Hackbarth is a legal professional with extensive experience in real estate, energy, and corporate law. They began their career as an attorney at Katz & Stone from 1993 to 1997 and then continued at Holland & Knight LLP until 2004, specializing in real estate, environmental, and land use matters. From 2004 to 2008, they served as counsel and corporate secretary for a national real estate developer and homebuilder. Margaret held the position of corporate vice president for risk management at a hotel management company from 2017 to 2019 and worked as general counsel for a development company until 2022. Currently, they are an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and serve as the assistant general counsel for real estate at Constellation.
