Mark P. Painter

Mark P. Painter is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience as a Judge, currently practicing as a lawyer at Painter-Rockaway Bldg and HELMER, MARTINS, RICE & POPHAM CO., L.P.A. A former Judge for the United Nations Appeals Tribunal and the Ohio Court of Appeals, they served in judicial roles for thirty years, including at the Hamilton County Municipal Court. In addition to their legal practice, Painter has been a presenter for Plain Writing Seminars since 1990 and currently serves as an Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. They hold a Doctor of Law (JD) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Cincinnati.
