Matthew Biben

Matthew Biben is a Partner at King & Spalding and serves as the Global Co-Head of Financial Services. They have extensive experience in the legal field, having previously been the Executive Vice President and General Counsel at JPMorgan Chase and the Bank of New York Mellon. Biben has also worked as a federal and state prosecutor in the Southern District of New York and the Manhattan District Attorney's Office. In addition to their legal practice, they are involved in academia as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where they teach on corporate governance and related topics.
