Michael Borden

Michael Borden is a distinguished legal professional currently serving as Co-Chair of the Dispute Resolution Section, Arbitration Committee at the American Bar Association. They hold the position of Assistant to the U.S. District Court and Counsel to the Special Master in the Opioid MDL, and are a Principal at Borden Dispute Resolution, LLC. As an Arbitrator on the Commercial Panel for the American Arbitration Association and with previous roles such as President of the William K. Thomas American Inn of Court, they have significantly contributed to the field of dispute resolution. Borden is also a Professor Emeritus of Law at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and maintains active membership with The American Law Institute. They are pursuing a JD at New York University School of Law.
