Michelle Ochoa

Michelle Ochoa is the Manager of ADR Services at the American Arbitration Association, where they oversee the administration of dispute resolution processes. Previously, they served as a Case Administrator at the same organization from 2012 to 2021, acting as a neutral party in various disputes. From 2007 to 2013, Michelle was the Volunteer Chair for the Susan G. Komen Central Valley Race for the Cure, where they focused on volunteer recruitment and coordination. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Fresno Pacific University and studied Organizational Communication at Purdue University.
