Philip Kong has extensive experience in IT support and systems engineering, holding key roles at various organizations since 2004. Philip began as a Helpdesk Tech and Windows Administrator at Jim Krantz & Associates, where responsibilities included troubleshooting Windows Server and MS Exchange issues. Moving to Fidessa from 2009 to 2013, Philip served as a Systems Specialist, implementing and supporting Windows server infrastructure, maintaining server performance, and managing Active Directory functionality. From May 2013 to May 2016, Philip worked as a Senior IS Analyst at Misys, providing tier 3 Windows server support and managing internal datacenters in the Americas region. Currently, Philip is a Systems Engineer at the American Arbitration Association, involved in upgrading VCenter ESXi servers. Philip holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Liberal Arts from Nassau Community College.
