R. James McNulty, Jr. is an experienced attorney and real estate broker specializing in real estate sales and development, as well as commercial and residential construction. They have acted as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and the National Center for Dispute Settlement since 1993 and 2018, respectively. R.
