Ted Pearce

Ted Pearce is a Franchise and Corporate Counsel at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP and a commercial arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. With over 30 years of experience managing the legal affairs of large global franchise systems, Ted has handled both litigation and transactional matters, contributing significantly to the field. Ted has also served as a Special Counsel at Nexsen Pruet, LLC, and was Vice President and General Counsel at Driven Brands, Inc., where they were responsible for all legal functions. In addition to their ongoing roles, Ted is a mediator with the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission. Ted holds a JD from Syracuse University College of Law and a BA in History from the University of Virginia.
