Thomas Ventrone

Thomas Ventrone is an experienced professional in the field of dispute resolution, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at the American Arbitration Association since November 2024. Previously, Ventrone held the position of Vice President at both the American Arbitration Association from October 1999 to April 2004 and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution since April 2004. Ventrone's early career includes the role of Assistant Division Manager at the Superior Court of New Jersey from September 1994 to October 1999. Educationally, Ventrone earned a Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School between 1989 and 1993 and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Seton Hall University from 1983 to 1988.
