William Crosby is a business-focused legal executive with nearly 25 years of experience in the legal department of Interpublic Group, a major public company with $10 billion in revenue. In their role as SVP, Associate General Counsel, Managing Attorney (Chief of Staff), and LATAM Regional Coordinator, they advise senior management on high-stakes litigation and regulatory matters while managing the regional legal operations in Latin America. Since 2009, William has also served as a commercial arbitrator, presiding over more than 250 disputes and has been recognized as a Fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators since 2021. Their education includes a J.D. from Stanford Law School and a B.A. from Yale University. William currently holds leadership positions on various boards, including the American Arbitration Association.
