Delyth Williams

Delyth Williams is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people services and organizational development. Currently serving as Assistant Director of People Services at Adra since February 2012, Delyth previously held the position of Assistant Director - People at Cartrefi Cymunedol Gwynedd, where responsibilities included developing HR strategies and planning effective resourcing to meet business needs. Delyth's career also includes significant roles as Head of HR and Facilities Management at Countryside Council for Wales and HR Manager at North Wales Fire and Rescue Service. Delyth holds a Diploma in Managing Change from Liverpool John Moores University, a CIPD qualification from the University of South Wales, and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from University College, Bangor, Gwynedd.
