Gethin Thomas is a Development Project Manager at Adra since June 2019, with prior roles including Assistant Development Project Manager and Assets & Adaptations Technician. Gethin began a career in the construction field as a Building Experience Trainee at Adra, following an internship at Cartrefi Cymunedol Gwynedd, where valuable skills in Client & Assets were acquired. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management at Liverpool John Moores University, Gethin also holds a Higher National Diploma in Construction Management from Bangor University and a BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Construction and the Built Environment from Coleg Menai.

We are Adra. We provide quality homes in north Wales. We currently look after 6,300 homes and provide services to over 14,000 local customers. Our goal is that these are affordable and reliable. Improving the wellbeing of our communities is also important to us and we do this by protecting, promoting and supporting them to develop. The culture and heritage of our communities is also very important to us, especially our work to promote the Welsh language.
