Andron Simona is the Chief Brand and Sustainability Officer at Adrem, where they focus on integrating sustainability into business practices. With a strong background in strategic marketing and corporate communications, Andron previously served as the Reputation Manager at ING Romania and held multiple roles at Adrem, including Director of Marketing & Communication and Communication and Marketing Director. They are also a skilled communicator with experience at Ogilvy Public Relations, where they progressed from Account Executive to Senior Account Executive. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy, Andron is dedicated to enhancing community well-being and promoting a people-centered business environment.
