Since 1979, Adroit Construction has grown from a two man shop to what is now a $50 million a year company staffing seven project managers, 17 full time office personnel, 17 superintendents, and a skilled field labor force ranging from 80-100 employees. Not only has the size of our company grown, but so have our abilities to manage various types of commercial construction under tight schedules, slim budgets, and extreme locations such as Crater Lake National Park, the high deserts of eastern Oregon and California, and tightly confined metropolitan city blocks.
