In 2007, they joined Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as a Business Analyst and Project Manager. During their tenure at TCS, they played various roles and was involved in implementing CRM systems for leading Indian banks and airport terminal services organizations. In 2010, Mayank joined Jardine Lloyd Thompson as their Group Salesforce Manager, where they set up a Salesforce Center of Excellence and chaired the Change Advisory Board for multiple regions. Since 2014, Mayank has been the CEO & MD of ADROSONIC. Under their leadership, the company has experienced significant growth in revenue, employee strength, and client base.
