Neeraj Kumar has extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Neeraj started their career in 2007 as a Technical Associate at Tech Mahindra, where they worked until 2009. Neeraj then joined Amdocs as a Senior Subject Matter Expert and stayed there until 2011. After that, they worked as an Information Technology Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services from 2011 to 2013. Neeraj then joined Jardine Lloyd Thompson as a Test Lead in 2013. In 2014, they became a Manager Consultant at ADROSONIC and held that position until 2018. From 2018 to 2021, Neeraj served as a Program Manager at ADROSONIC. Neeraj is currently the Head of Quality Model Office at ADROSONIC, a position they have held since July 2021.

Neeraj Kumar completed their Senior Management Programme in Business Administration and Management at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra from 2003 to 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Neeraj Kumar has obtained several certifications. Neeraj completed the Senior Management Programme from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in October 2020. Neeraj also holds certifications in Applications of Everyday Leadership and Foundations of Everyday Leadership from Coursera, Professional Scrum Product Owner I and Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org, PRINCE2 Foundation and PRINCE2 Practitioner from AXELOS Global Best Practice.

Neeraj Kumar is also enrolled in the course "Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Microsoft Power BI" on edX, although the completion month and year for this certification are not provided.
