Alex Mitchell

Alex Mitchell has extensive experience in customer service and quality assurance roles, currently serving as a Sole Trader at Arise since June 2023. In addition, Alex has held multiple positions at Conduent, starting as a Customer Service Specialist and advancing to a Quality Assurance Analyst, with tenure beginning in April 2018. Alex also has a long-standing association with ADS Global, where responsibilities have included Dialer Administrator, Quality Control Analyst, Data Entry Clerk, and Data Entry Supervisor since October 2013. Prior experience includes a Customer Service Representative role at UPS from July 2020 to March 2023, and cooking positions at Appco Food Service and Sunset Beach Resort in 2012 and 2014. Alex holds a Merit Certificate from Irwin High School, received between 2004 and 2009.
