BRIAN McGUIRE

Brian McGuire has a diverse work experience in the security industry. BRIAN started their career in 2002 as a Commercial Sales Representative & Team Leader at ADT Security Services, Inc. BRIAN specialized in security system design and implementation for commercial facilities and custom homes, focusing on intrusion detection, camera surveillance, digital video recorders, and access control systems.

In 2011, Brian worked as a Business Development Manager at Walden Security, where they were responsible for territory management and ensuring continuous client support and service needs were met.

From 2012 to 2016, Brian worked at ADS Security, initially as a Regional Sales Trainer, where they supported, trained, and mentored life safety consultants for Tennessee and Kentucky. Later, they became an Assistant General Manager for four months before transitioning into the role of Vice President/General Manager of the Nashville Branch Sales & Operation team. In this role, they supported 50 team members, including technicians, sales reps, office administration support, and manager/supervisors.

Brian currently holds positions in various organizations. BRIAN is a Board Member and President Elect for Tennessee Network of Security Integrators(TNSI) since 2023, and previously served as a Board Member and VP of Mid TN from 2021 to 2023. BRIAN is also a Board Member at Rescue 1 Global since 2020.

Brian McGuire received their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) between 1995 and 1998. In 2014 to 2015, they attended the Scarlett Leadership Institute and completed the Signature Executive Program with a focus on Organizational Leadership. In addition to their educational background, Brian has obtained various certifications, including an Alarm System Contractor Qualifying Agent - Burglary/CCTV from the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance in June 2022, an Advanced Intrusion Systems certification from ESA - Electronic Security Association in May 2022, and a Video System Technologies certification from ESA - Electronic Security Association in November 2021. BRIAN has also obtained certifications in Professional Fire Alarm Design, International Building Code, Life Safety Code 101, Harvard Program on Negotiation, Fire Alarm Installation Methods, Level 1 Certified Alarm Technician, and Tennessee Alarm Contractors Board - Registered Employee.
