Ernie McDaniel

Ernie McDaniel worked for ADS Security from 2005 until the present day, where they held the role of EVP, CFO, and General Counsel. Prior to that, they worked for Shoney's Restaurants & Franchising from 1980 to 2002 as Secretary, Treasurer, and General Counsel.

Ernie McDaniel began their education journey at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, from 1973 to 1977. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. After completing their undergraduate studies, Ernie McDaniel then enrolled in the Nashville School of Law, where they attended from 1981 to 1985. Here, they earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with a focus on the field of Legal.
