Cassie Malav has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2022, they worked as a Data Management Representative at Adstra. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2021, they served as a Supply Chain Business Analyst/Distribution Center at Telegraph Herald. In 2018, they briefly worked as a Customer Service Representative at Prudential Financial. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Telegraph Herald. Before entering the corporate world, Cassie worked as a Licensed Massage Therapist at Tonic Salon and Day Spa from 2014 to 2016, and at Indulge Day Spa from 2013 to 2015. Cassie also has experience in sales and support roles, having worked as a Sales Support Associate at McGraw-Hill Higher Education from 2011 to 2013, and as a Night Auditor at Best Western Plus from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, Cassie has experience as a Karate Instructor at Galena Karate Club from 2006 to 2012, and as a Sales Associate at Coach House Gifts from 2006 to 2011.

Cassie Malav started their education journey in 2007 at Clarke University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. In 2009, they also briefly attended St. Mary's University College for English. Later, in 2012 and 2013, they enrolled in Inspirit Institute, studying Massage Therapy/Therapeutic Massage.
