Matthew Patch

Matthew Patch serves as the Director of Legal and Business Affairs at Adswerve, Inc. since May 2023. Previously, Matthew held the position of General Counsel at Leadnomics from December 2022 to March 2023, and served as Corporate Counsel for Fall Creek Farm & Nursery, Inc. from September 2019 to October 2021. Matthew has extensive experience at AccuWeather as Associate General Counsel from July 2007 to April 2019, where significant contributions included leading in-house intellectual property efforts and heavily expanding trademark protection. Prior to that, Matthew was Corporate Counsel at Security National Financial Corporation from March 2002 to May 2007, where key achievements involved establishing a commercial lending division and supporting significant expansion projects. Matthew earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Widener University Schools of Law and holds a Bachelor's degree in History and Philosophy from Brigham Young University.
