Sierra Dameron

Sierra Dameron is an experienced professional in analytics and political organization, currently serving as a Senior Consultant 1 at Adswerve, Inc. since January 2021, after holding roles as Consultant and Digital Analyst within the same company. Prior to this role, Sierra worked for the Democratic Party of Georgia as a Community Organizer, contributing to the campaigns of Jon Ossoff and Rev. Raphael Warnock, and served as Political Director for Peter DeFazio's congressional campaign. Additional experience includes positions as a Legislative Assistant in the Oregon State Senate and Field Director for DeFazio's campaign, along with various organizing and intern roles within political organizations. Sierra holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Oregon, completed in 2017.
