Steve Backes

Steve Backes has extensive work experience in the field of analytics and sales. Steve started their career in 2011 as an Outside Sales representative at Fastenal, where they conducted sales calls, managed customer relationships, and oversaw inventory. In 2012, they joined PepperJam Exchange as a Sales Account Executive before moving to eBay Enterprise as an Account Executive in 2014. In 2015, they worked as an Account Executive at Jellyfish Online Marketing US. Steve then joined Jellyfish in 2016, where they held multiple roles including Account Manager, Analytics Executive, Analytics Manager, and Senior Analytics Manager. Steve joined Adswerve, Inc. in 2021 and has since worked as a Senior Analytics Manager, Associate Director of Analytics, and currently as the Director of Analytics.

Steve Backes attended Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus in Marketing. Steve also has additional certifications in Double Click Search and Google Analytics, obtained at unspecified times and institutions.
