Austin Elliott

Austin Elliott serves as Associate General Counsel at Terran Orbital Corporation since March 2023, previously holding the position of Corporate Legal Counsel at Elastic from March 2021 to March 2023. Prior experience includes working as an Associate in Capital Markets at Kirkland & Ellis from September 2018 to March 2021, and as a Fall Associate at the same firm in 2017. Austin served as a Teaching Assistant for Professor Erika Buell and as a Research Assistant to Ofer Eldar, Ph.D., at Duke University School of Law, where Austin earned a Juris Doctor degree in 2018. An earlier legal internship was completed at NextEra Energy, Inc. during the summer of 2016. Before law school, Austin earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Florida in 2015 and participated actively in various leadership roles, including Treasurer for the University of Florida Men’s Hockey Team, significantly increasing fundraising during the tenure.
