Frederick Prior

Sr. Team Manager, Customer Care, Experience, & Quality

Frederick Prior is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer care and technical support. Currently serving as the Sr. Team Manager for Customer Care, Experience, & Quality at ADT since February 2017, Frederick has held various leadership roles, including Leadership Development Program Manager and Customer Experience Manager. Prior to this, Frederick worked at Verizon Wireless from January 2009 to January 2017, where responsibilities included guiding a team as a Technical Support Supervisor and providing expert technical assistance. Frederick holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from the State University of New York at Oswego and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Criminal Justice from SUNY Canton.
