Jim Boyce is a seasoned executive, currently serving as President and Chief Business Development Officer at ADT. They have held significant leadership roles, including President and Chief Executive Officer at DEFENDERS from 2011 to 2020 and President of Global Sales & Services at Convergys from 2000 to 2010. An active community member, Jim is involved with the University of Cincinnati Foundation, serving on the Board of Trustees and the Development Committee since 2020, as well as on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Central Indiana. Jim holds a background in customer business development from their tenure at Procter & Gamble and is an alumnus of Boston College.
