Jim Mason

Jim Mason is the Director of Learning Solutions at ADT, where they lead a team of instructional designers and oversee the implementation of an enterprise Learning Management System for approximately 20,000 users. With progressive experience in learning and development, Jim has successfully migrated training programs to eLearning and implemented several offshore processes. They hold a B.S. in Computer Science from Baker College and a B.A. in Intercultural Studies from the University of Northwestern - St. Paul. Jim has received notable awards for performance excellence, including the Carlson Order of the Golden Rose and the Ameriprise Financial Chairman's Award.
