Matthew Cook is a seasoned professional with 21 years of operational experience in the telecommunications and security industries. They have effectively managed large-scale quality improvement projects while enhancing the technical and communication skills of their teams. Matthew has held various leadership roles, including Sr. Director of Supply Chain at ADT, and Operations Manager at AT&T, where they demonstrated their ability to build high-performance teams focused on customer satisfaction. Currently, Matthew is pursuing degrees in Business Administration and Management and Criminal Justice at the University of Phoenix-Online and the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, respectively.
