Ryan Johann

Ryan Johann is a strategic and innovative HR leader currently serving as the Senior Director of HR Operational Excellence at ADT, where they lead the transition to a Shared Service model and manage various HR functions. Previously, Ryan held multiple roles at Allstate, culminating as a Senior HR Business Partner, where they oversaw talent strategy and engagement initiatives for a significant regional market. Ryan began their career as a Community Organizer at Campaign For Better Health and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Spanish from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
