Steven Avadek is an award-winning Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility Executive with over 25 years of experience in environmental stewardship and strategy for Fortune 100 companies. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of ESG and Sustainability at ADT and a member of the ESG Advisory Board for the Security Industry Association, Steven has played a pivotal role in guiding organizations toward sustainable practices. Previously, as the Director and Global Head of Sustainability at Citi, Steven contributed to the company’s early achievement of energy, carbon, and water goals, while helping to align it with the Paris Climate Accords. Steven holds a Master of Science in Environmental Management and has been recognized with 18 awards for contributions to sustainability best practices.
