Tim Rains

Tim Rains serves as the Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at ADT, overseeing enterprise cybersecurity, compliance, and product security while regularly briefing the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors. Previously, Tim held the position of Subcommittee Member on the National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee, advising the President of the United States on national cybersecurity. Tim's extensive experience includes leadership roles at T-Mobile, Amazon Web Services, Las Vegas Sands Corp., and Microsoft, where significant achievements encompassed developing global cybersecurity strategies and leading multifaceted teams in addressing security challenges across various industries. Tim's educational background includes an MBA from Seattle University, studies at Stanford University, and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Alberta.
