Wesley Lamberth

Wesley Lamberth is a results-driven sales and operations leader with extensive experience in managing diverse teams and driving growth in the sales sector. From 2014 to 2018, Wesley held multiple roles at ADT, culminating in the position of Director of Operations for the West Region, where they successfully oversaw a team of 150+ sales professionals across multiple Texas cities. Currently, Wesley serves as Vice President of Field Sales for Solar at ADT, continuing to build cultures of collaboration and accountability.
