Tom Mor Baum

Tom Mor Baum is currently the Human Resources and Office Manager at Adte, a role held since 2023. Prior to this, Tom worked as a Human Resources Office Manager at Leap4 and served as a Finance Manager at both Finally Media Group and Vexigo from 2018 to 2025. Tom's earlier career includes various positions at ‘Ha-Oranim’ boarding school, including Chief Coordinator and House Manager from 2011 to 2018, focusing on mental health and educational leadership. Tom holds an M.B.A. in Educational Leadership and Administration from Tel Aviv University and is pursuing a Payroll Specialist certification at IPC College.
