Andy Sherman

Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at ADTECH Systems

Andy Sherman has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting in 1997, they joined NaviSite as the Vice President of Sales, where they played a key role in leading sales development and growth. Andy then moved on to WebEvent, where they served as President, CEO, Vice President of Sales, and Business Development. During their time there, they revamped the Sales, Marketing, and Engineering organizations, leading to the successful sale of the company.

In 2004, Sherman became the President and CEO of Centerstone Software, where they accelerated growth by overhauling the go-to-market strategy and product planning process. Centerstone Software experienced significant revenue growth under their leadership, and the company was successfully sold in 2006. Following that, they joined Nellymoser as the Vice President of Sales in 2007.

Sherman's next venture was Ntirety/HOSTING, where they held multiple roles, including Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Chief Operating Officer. During their tenure, they rebuilt sales and marketing teams, closed major deals, and initiated revenue growth for the data consulting business.

Sherman's extensive experience also includes being the General Manager at HOSTING, where they led new customer acquisition efforts and closed significant deals. Andy later became the Chief Marketing Officer at HOSTING and its Ntirety and Stelligent Divisions, where they developed and executed marketing strategies for cloud services.

In 2020, Sherman joined Sales Xceleration as an Advisor, and in 2023, they started working as a Chair at Vistage Worldwide, Inc.

Andy Sherman attended Dartmouth College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a focus on History. Following their time at Dartmouth, Andy participated in sales training and methodology courses at IBM. Specifically, they studied IBM Needs Satisfaction Selling, Miller Heiman, SPIN Selling, and Solution Selling. In June 2020, Andy obtained a certification as a Certified Sales Leader from Sales Xceleration®.
